All items and services sold in Caribe Concierge are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there are any issues with your purchase, we may, in our sole discretion, issue store credit to allow the guest to re-purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, and all store credit, including Caribe Cash, is not redeemable for money.
